Paul Cartwright Branding has designed the skincare marketing materials for Ark Skincare to support the launch of the skincare brand’s new Ark At Home party sales venture.
Aimed at women interested in earning from the sales of skincare products and selling at their own pace and fitting around their lifestyle. The Ark At Home scheme allows women to become ‘Ark Angels’ who then organise informal gatherings at people’s homes, where they promote the Ark Skincare range. These ‘Angels’ then earn commission and the host earns gifts accordingly.
THE BROCHURE
In order to convey how the Ark At Home scheme works we were asked to design an A5 twenty page magazine-style brochure.
Using soft, muted tones and friendly, stock imagery the design is informal and approachable and features editorial-type ‘articles’ covering the background to the service, ‘word bites’ from the founder, skincare hints and tips and details of the product range.
According to Peter Clarke, the director, the brochure has been very well received in the trials carried out earlier this year.
SKINCARE MARKETING MATERIALS
We have also designed a variety other skincare marketing materials including promotional roller banners to appeal to either becoming an ‘Ark Angel’ or to hosting a party at your own home.
Other promotional items such as magazine advertisements, printed flyers and postcards for handing out in retail environments have also been created.
The scheme has also been marketed at existing skincare beauty therapists who may wish to use their experience and training and benefit from the additional sales income from becoming an ‘Angel’.
To promote the scheme even further we have also created the large format graphics for the brand’s presentation stand at this year’s Olympia Beauty show in London.
