More pack graphic design by us for Obsession hair’s new range of lace frontal wigs! Adding to the ever-expanding hair products from Obsession, we were asked to create the graphics for the brand’s new range of lace wig products.
The new lace frontal wigs are built with, as their name suggests, a section of lace mesh 13″ x 4″ or 4″ x 4″ in size. This section of lace is attached to the cap that sits over the person’s own hair. It is to this section of mesh that the individual hair strands are attached (either by hand or by machine and sometimes a combination of the two. On these products 100% of the hair is hand-tied).
These two sizes allow the wig to either cover the entire hairline from ear to ear or just a section of it respectively. The larger 13″ x 4″ size offers the most flexibility with regards the hair styles that can be achieved and the depth of the hair parting once the wig is in place.
The new, two piece lid and base box packs feature the usual Obsession logo and multi-coloured wave graphics and large model images, and have a new bold ‘bubble’-style graphic displaying the two size formats of lace wig.
The back of the box pack features the key benefits and sizing of the wig cap along with the product pointers such as being flame retardant and breathable etc. These are displayed through the use of roundel icons and a custom illustration of the head created by us.
Each product box contains two swing tickets; one large – displaying the model image, product feature symbols and the care and use instructions on the reverse.
The other, smaller ticket features just the model image and style name and is included to allow the customer to remember and re-order the product should the outer packaging be discarded over time.
The full range of lace frontal wigs consists of ten products; five styles in each of the size formats and are available at independent hair and beauty stores and online retailers.
