Pre-stretched ultra braid branding

We’re pleased to announce our design work on another addition to the Cherish hair brand – this time we’ve looked at the branding and packaging graphics for range of new pre-stretched ultra braid products.

The world of hair extensions, hair braids and wig products is constantly evolving and competition is stiff, so it is important to remain distinct and offer packaging brand design that really stands out when sold in-store.

We’ve maintained the Cherish brand’s usual black and gold foil colouration on the folded inserts and swing tickets of these new ultra braid multi-packs. However, as a point of difference, we’ve introduced a delicate intertwined repeat pattern into the background of the braid branding.

This new pattern appears as a subtle varnish-like detail on areas of solid black and as a background to the main model image.

The transitions between areas of information have been softened using an undulating ribbon-type border.

Pre-stretched braids sport numerous features and benefits and these are shown both as bullet points, check boxes and as a series of custom-drawn icons – hair braid customers love fully-featured products!

The same information is also featured on the front of the product’s PVC hanging bag – perfect for instant recognition when scanning the shop wall displays.

These new pre-stretched ultra braids are available in various lengths and in multi-pack formats, the details of which are shown using bold capitalised text set inside roundels, typical of other hair braid brands.

We have also designed the graphics for the shipping cartons. These are usually pretty unattractive and not really considered design-wise, but the ability for the beauty retailer to identify products amongst a sea of brown boxes in a warehouse can be a deciding factor on whether to stock a brand or not!


ULTRA BRAID PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

To support the launch of the new hair braid products we have also designed marketing posters which are used both as physical printed posters in hair and beauty stores and as attachments for distribution via email.

As part of a seasonal marketing campaign we also created a PDF order form for issue via Whatsapp to retailers.


The new ultra braid products are available to buy wholesale from www.mamado.co.uk or from independent retailers online and on the high street.
