Pleased to announce our work on Eternal Skincare’s new website graphics.
Having worked with the client for the past fifteen years and designed the Eternal Skincare packaging identity, we were delighted when they asked us for our help with the graphics for their new website.
In contrast to the previous site, the new Shopify-based site had many opportunities for new graphics. Our brief was to keep an element of the brand’s recognisable green hero colour and include a visual ‘nod’ towards the aloe vera plant that is part of many of the brand’s product ingredients.
The original green colour is used on the colour-matched caps across the brand’s moisturising aloe-vera based products, but as the Eternal Skincare product range has developed, we have introduced new colours for those products not specifically aloe-based.
These include an ‘orange’ colour for the range’s SPF skin protection product and a bright blue for the introduction of a facial cleanser. Together with the aloe vera ‘green’ these three colours helpfully divide up the product range and the website graphics into manageable sections; Moisturise, Cleanse and Protect.
Eternal Skincare’s products are unisex and so the site needed to appeal to a broad spectrum of women and men. So, a variety of stock images have been used on bold, coloured backgrounds. Each of these backgrounds features a stylised aloe vera plant, acting as a backdrop to the main model image.
Simplified ‘category’ buttons have also been created to act where necessary across the website and on mobile responsive platforms.
MEN’S SKINCARE WEBSITE GRAPHICS – LANDING PAGE
A landing page image has been created specifically for men, along with male model versions of the Moisturise, Cleanse and Protect graphic banners. The same three category colours have been maintained to align with the overall skincare website graphics.
Now as you browse the site, the three category colours create a cohesion across the site’s navigational graphics and bring out the colours on the relevant products themselves.
We have worked on website graphics for other skincare and beauty brands, one which you may find interesting is for It’s All About The Body.
